If the release of some semi-nude pictures, her 'Need Love' single and subsequent video are anything to go by, it is obvious that dancehall diva Ishawna has taken her career to a whole new level.

The latest stint in reinventing herself involves the track Everybody A Guh Know which serves as a counteraction to Kranium's highly successful hit Nobody Has To Know.

The track was released just over a week ago and has already been generating a buzz in the streets.

There are two versions of the song, the usual raw version accompanied by the version fit for airplay.

In the song's intro, Ishawna sings "Curl up like S da way deh, cah mi bless dah way deh, so mi a guh bring mi good body fi yuh cause I know you've been waiting." She then goes on to boldly state that, if she cheats, 'everybody a guh know'.

Since its release, there have been mixed reactions from YouTube users. Some have sought to make connections with her recent 'good girl gone bad' behaviour with her split from fiancÚ Foota Hype, others believe the entertainer has finally come full circle in building her dancehall image.

In recent times, Ishawna has been shedding the sheltered, innocent image she once possessed for a more hardcore, raunchy image, following in the footsteps of other female deejays including Spice and Lady Saw.

In a recent interview with The weekend STAR, the Downsound Recording artiste expressed that she has matured and is now fully aware of her sexuality. "I am a woman who is in touch with my femininity and my sexuality. so this is how I choose to express myself."

The singer could hardly contain her excitement as she took to her twitter page to say she was anticipating shooting the video for her collaboration Hottest Gyal Alive with Beenie Man. That video is said to be in the works and will be shot in the coming weeks.
