She has openly stated her admiration for late reggae legend Bob Marley, and on Sunday, US pop sensation Miley Cyrus again recognised the icon.

In a short video posted to her official Instagram page, Cyrus can be seen with her younger sister, Noah Cyrus, doing a choreographed dance to Marley's Could You Be Loved. The singer captioned the video, "morning choreography with @noahcyrus", with the hashtag 'couldyoubeloved'.

The singer, who was clad in a pair of black shorts and a white T-shirt tied up in a knot to reveal her toned stomach, appeared to be having some clean fun as she rocked to the reggae tune.

Surprising to some, the entertainer had not attempted her famous twerk move, but opted for 'The Butterfly', a Jamaican dance move instead. So far the video has accumulated more than 500,000 likes on Instagram with many users enquiring about the name of the song.

Since Sunday, news of the post has been reported on websites such as thehollywoodgossip.com and billboard.com.

This isn't the first time Cyrus has professed her love for the late reggae legend, as she is an avid supporter of the legalisation of marijuana in different states across the US. In 2011, the singer admitted to smoking pot at her 19th birthday celebrations where she was presented with a Bob Marley cake. After receiving the cake, Cyrus was captured in a video saying, "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake."
