Recording artiste Kiprich has made his partnership with independent label Outaroad Records official.

In an interview with THE STAR, the entertainer said the deal came as a natural transition. "I have been friends with the CEO for a while and it turns out he was looking for an artiste who would put in the work and carry on the brand, and I was looking for a team, so it was a good connection."

The record label is responsible for producing the latest single from the artiste titled My Own Holiday. The track is a collaboration between Mark Pellizzer, the guitarist from the Canadian group MAGIC! The group is signed to Sony International and was introduced to the Jamaican entertainer at a recent charity event held at Canada's Sony Centre.

After expressing interest in working together, the two musicians went to the studio where the track was produced. Pellizzer created the beat and Kiprich wrote the lyrics.

Since its release, Kiprich says the song has been getting positive feedback. "People love it because it has a different vibe, a different sound. It merges pop and reggae and people appreciate that."

He also said that he was focused on getting out some new material in the coming months. "I'm in the studio working, so people can expect new tracks soon," he said. He also said that shooting for the Loyalty Over Royalty video would begin next week. He said he was looking forward to his upcoming Reggae Sumfest performance.
