Alpha Rowen continues on musical path

Veteran entertainer Owen 'Alpha Rowen' Rowe, is determined to continue on his musical path, as he decides to Beat and Teach Them in a musical way.

The artiste who has recorded four albums in his career so far, says his latest song has been enjoying good rotation.

''I have been in the business for a while now and over all these times I remain positive in the lyrical content of my music. I am very pleased with this single as everyone seems to just love it," said the artiste.

Rowen says he wrote Beat Them and Teach Them to demonstrate the way the music should be dealt with.

''When I recorded No Chaka Chaka few years ago, it was about how persons were dressing. Now I decided that more needs to be done. Therefore, this song speaks to that,'' the Ancient Master Music artiste said.

For Rowen, the song is in line with his upcoming European tour which will take him to several countries there.

Among his past albums are, The Teacher, Hail King Selassi I, Earth Cries and Born Free.

Rowen says his wide experience in the industry has helped him to find a way to remain relevant. The Spanish Town-based artiste, is backed on his latest effort by his band Di Living Sounds.
