Morant Bay family arrested for cocaine

Three members of a family in Morant Bay, St Thomas, have been arrested and charged for posession of cocaine.

They are 43-year-old Judith Campbell, her fiancÚ, 26-year-old Sean Scott, and son, 19-year-old Romario Thompson, all from Brown's Lane in Morant Bay.

Information reaching The Star is that police reportedly carried out a raid in the area last Thursday where the occupants house was searched. The police said substances resembling cocaine were found in jars over a doorway as well as in a passageway.

The police said the three are booked to appear in the Morant Bay Resident Magistrate's Court next week.
