Canadian reggae producer/musician Tim Doyle, aka Tim Dub, has high hopes for his C Major rhythm project.

The pulsating one-drop rhythm features songs from the likes of seasoned reggae campaigners such as Sizzla and Jah Mason and 2008 Juno Award winner Mikey Dangerous.

The project also features songs from a number of talented up-andcoming acts, including Edge Michael, Skill Man, John Blacks, Miguel and Lexy & Deshy.

"We've put together a nice lineup of artistes on this rhythm and the result has been very good. The project is getting a lot of support from radio DJs and selectors in Jamaica, Canada and in the US," said the producer.

C Major rhythm is a fusion of old-school and new-school reggae. "This rhythm is somewhat different from most reggae rhythms in the sense that it has all the elements of a traditional reggae rhythm, butwe'vetweaked it a bit by adding certain new-school elements to it," he said.

In order to build on the momentum that project is currently enjoying, a music video for Jah Mason's song, Tell Me Why, was released last week.

"We are going to release the video next week. We are also getting ready to shoot a video for Sizzla's tune," said Tim Dub.

All the songs on the C Major rhythm were produced by Tim Dub, released on the Dub Tone Music label and are available on iTunes.
