Busy summer schedule for Demarco

Red-hot Jamaican superstar Demarco is fully booked until the end of summer.

Demarco is expected to depart the island this week for a stint in the Bahamas before jetting off to Kansas City, Texas, Toronto, Montreal, French Guiana, Manchester, Birmingham and London amid his performance at the International Reggae Festival in Canada on August 16, headlining alongside compatriots Sean Paul, Marcia Griffiths, Sanchez, and Maxi Priest, respectively.

Last weekend, Demarco completed a triad of successful concerts in Antigua, Guyana, and Detroit, Michigan, as part of the CARICOM festivities coinciding with the July 4, US independence celebrations.

When quizzed, the singer attributes his resurgence to his team at True Gift Entertainment and the aggressive campaign that currently encircles his career.

"What is happening now is nothing new. since the start of the year, my team has been putting in a lot of hard work promoting the songs and rebuilding the brand. We got four No.1 hits so far, and I am very thankful for that. Going forward, fans can expect a lot more new material, both songs and videos," Demarco explained.

Demarco, nominated for Male Deejay of the Year at the 2014 Music Industry Achievers Award, is expected to begin shooting the second season of his reality series Talk Yuh Mind in the coming days, along with videos for the singles Bad Gal Anthem, Bubble Time, We Dem A Say and the Cashflow Records-produced Love The Gyal Dem Good.
