Pon Di Ranch transformed into construction site for Tea Cup
Patrons who attended Tea Cup Under Construction, held at the picturesque Pon Di Ranch in Rymesbury, Clarendon were treated to delightful serving of music and food on Independence Day.
Drawing inspiration from Jamaica's ongoing development, where new structures emerge daily, the organisers crafted a vibrant party atmosphere resembling a construction site.
"Our goal was to encourage attendees to embrace the construction theme by dressing up as workers, sporting hard hats and safety vests," said Terrel Pencle, the mastermind behind the Tea Cup experience.
Pencle told THE STAR that the aim was to deliver a creative and enjoyable encounter for all participants. He was confident that the team achieved that and much more.
"The decor seamlessly integrated construction elements, featuring caution tape, signs, tool props, and 'under construction' markers, all contributing to the immersive environment," Pencle said.
With the event held on Independence Day, Pencle said every effort was made to ensure traditional Jamaican food and the island's infectious music took centerstage.
