St Ann man charged with abduction and rape
Detectives attached to the Centre for Investigations of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse(CISOCA), have charged a man with rape and abduction following an incident in Charles Town, St. Ann on Friday, May 21.
The man has been identified as 32-year-old Anthony Case otherwise called 'Rick'.
Reports are that about 10 a.m., the complainant went to pick mangoes when Case allegedly held her against her will and had sexual intercourse with her.
The matter was reported to the police and an investigation launched.
Case was later arrested and subsequently charged on Tuesday, June 8.
His court date is being finalised.
