A new species of venomous snake has been found in Northern Australia.

Biologists from the University of Queensland discovered the previously unheard of bandy-bandy serpentine on a remote peninsula in the wilderness.

The reptile was discovered while scientists were conducting a sea snake survey.

The creature is small and narrow and its scales are black with white stripes, and contains deadly venom.

Bryan Fry, a professor at the University of Queensland, commented: "Bandy-bandy is a burrowing snake, so Freek Vonk from the Naturalis Museum, and I was surprised to find it on a concrete block by the sea,"

"We later discovered that the snake had slithered over from a pile of bauxite rubble waiting to be loaded on to a ship."

An Ice Cream Yoga session simply requires participants to partake in typical poses such as the Downward Facing Dog and Warrior, while indulging in a frozen treat.

Esther Trivino, who is well-known for her private yoga classes at Nobu Hotel Ibiza, commented: "Yoga is about feeling good, feeling happy and slowing down. We've taken a practice that is adored by many and injected an element of indulgence into it.

"We want everyone to have some fun with it and not be put off by the tricky poses. It's made everyone relax, and we really hope it catches on!"
