Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have settled their divorce. The couple announced they were going their separate ways in June 2015, before filing documents two years later, and their final settlement will be filed with the court after Affleck leaves the Los Angeles rehab facility, The Canyon, where he recently checked in.

A source told TMZ that both movie stars have agreed how to split their property and earnings from their 12-year marriage.

They have also agreed to joint custody of their three children and have decided to work with their schedules rather than a rigid custody plan.

The couple was recently sent a legal warning by the court for "dragging their feet" over their divorce.

However, TMZ reports that the divorce was delayed due to Ben's intermittent relapsing over the past 18 months.

Once Affleck leaves rehab, the pair are expected to sign the agreement and file it with the courts.

Prince's family have filed a lawsuit against the doctor who prescribed him pain medication.

The 'Purple Rain' hitmaker passed away on April 21, 2016, at the age of 57, after an accidental Fentanyl overdose and the music legend's home was laden with pills prescribed to Peter Bravestrong, which was believed to be the alias Prince went under to maintain his privacy.

Prince's family claim his doctor Michael Schulenberg failed to treat his opiate addiction, which led to his death.

In the lawsuit filed in Hennepin County District, Prince's family alleged that Dr Schulenberg "and others had an opportunity and duty during the weeks before Prince's death to diagnose and treat Prince's opioid addiction, and to prevent his death. They failed to do so".

According to ABC News, the suit added: "He failed to appropriately evaluate, diagnose, treat and counsel Prince for his opioid addiction, and further failed to take appropriate and reasonable steps to prevent the foreseeably fatal result of that addiction. These departures from the standard of acceptable medical practice had a substantial part in bringing about Prince's death."

Dr Schulenberg denies the claims.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have adopted a dog.

The royals, who tied the knot in May, have welcomed a new Labrador to their Kensington Palace cottage.

A source told the 'Daily Mail': "The dog is already happily ensconced at their cottage. Like the Sussexes, the dog will divide its time between the palace and their country home in the Cotswolds."

Dog lover Markle, 37, was devastated when she had to leave her beloved pooch Bogart behind when she moved to the UK.

The former 'Suits' star's beagle Guy was brought over to Britain from her home in Toronto, Canada, but her other four-legged friend Bogart, which is a Labrador-Shepherd cross was unable to come along because he was considered too old to travel.

However, he is staying with her "very close friends".
