A man claims to have a hangover cure which totally eliminates the symptoms in 11 minutes.

Meditation teacher Rory Kinsella has revealed he uses ancient meditation techniques to feel better after a heavy night on the booze.

He explains in a video: "Taking a few minutes to reset and recharge will make you feel a lot better.

"And you never know, you may even end up feeling good enough to do something productive with your day.

"Meditation can help ease the psychological suffering, so we're left with just the much more manageable physical side."

His instructional video explains: "When we get hungover, many of us beat ourselves up over the state we've gotten ourselves into.

"The best way of making ourselves feel better is to drop any feelings of guilt or shame."

A Russian student has been pouring bleach over men's crotches on trains.

Anna Dovgalyuk has been attempting to tackle 'man-spreading' where men sit with their legs far apart - by shaking the diluted household product, which if comes in contact with the skin or eyes can cause health damage, on to their crotches on the subway.

The 20-year-old social activist has accused men of "gender aggression" and in order to prevent this "disgusting act," she is using the solution to strip away the colour of the fabric and leave a white mark on their trousers and expose the manspreaders.

In a YouTube video, which has gone viral, she claimed: "We not only cooled the manspreading down, but also marked them with identification spots.

"So everyone can immediately understand which body part controls the behaviour of these men.

"This solution is 30 times more concentrated than the mixture used by housewives when doing the laundry."

A man was removed from a domestic flight after trying to enter the cockpit to charge his phone.

The unnamed passenger who may have been intoxicated, according to some local media reports tried to get into the cockpit as the IndiGo plane was preparing to take off from Mumbai, India, to Kolkata.

In a statement, the airline said: "While an IndiGo aircraft was on the ground, an unruly passenger tried to enter the cockpit stating that his mobile needs to be charged."

IndiGo added that the man was removed from the aircraft and then handed over to police "on grounds of a security violation", although he was released soon after questioning.
