Bradley Cooper has been "healed" by movies. The A Star Is Born actor and director has spoken of the importance of films to him, how they have "healed and inspired" him throughout his life.

Asked what he'd like people to take away from the movie as he appeared at the UK premiere of A Star Is Born at Vue West End in London's Leicester Square on Thursday, he said: "We both love films and we both love music. They've provided inspiration for us through our whole lives. Movies have healed and inspired me. They do to this day and movies that come from a very authentic place. Everybody that worked on this movie from the crew to her [Lady Gaga] gave everything of themselves in the hope of translating something authentic that you can relate to and can hopefully inspire, obviously entertain and heal. That's the goal."

Bradley and Lady Gaga feel they took a big risk with 'A Star Is Born' and put their careers on the line.

Ariana Grande just wants "one okay day". The 'God Is A Woman' hitmaker has had a tragic couple of years, which saw 22 people die at her concert in Manchester, north west England after a suicide bomber detonated a bomb in the arena's foyer area, and more recently, her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller die of a suspected overdose at just 26-years-old. And she has now publicly admitting that she is "so f***ing tired" and is desperately waiting for things to get better.

She wrote on Twitter: "can I pls have one okay day. just one. pls ... i'm so f***ing tired pls ... jus wake me up when i'm supposed to sing or whatever. peace (sic)"

Her fans immediately tweeted the singer, concerned for her but she quickly replied to insist she was doing okay on the whole and thanked them for their support.

She shared: "ty for loving me sm I do not deserve it ... you're angels in my life. it's just been a tough month. I'm trying to get my work done and get back to normal and it's hard and I'm human and tired. sorry I let u in or worried u. i shouldn't have tweeted. i kno better. (sic)"

Sir Paul McCartney has penned a picture book for children. The 76-year-old music icon has announced he is releasing the book Hey Grandude which will tell the story of a "magical" gentleman called Grandude and the fun he has with his four grandkids.

Paul got the idea for the story when one of his eight grandchildren referred to him by the name.

Explaining the title, the former Beatle said: "I've got eight grandchildren, and they're all beautiful, and one day one of them said to me: 'Hey Grandude!' I said: 'What?', and I thought, 'I kind of like that,' so from then on I was kind of known as Grandude.

"So I thought, you know what, it's actually a nice idea for a book. So I started to write some stories, and then I talked to the book publishers and they liked what I was doing."

Paul hopes the book will resonate with grandparents everywhere and become a book that they read to their grandchildren.

Hey Grandude will be published in September 2019.
