Padrino gives the world ‘sunshine’ on new single

June 25, 2021

While he can create hits in any genre, Bahamas-born recording artiste and producer Padrino tackles reggae on his new single, Sunshine.

Produced and released through his Padrino Music Group with co-production by Dream Billz, Sunshine is a love song in which he expresses that wonderful feeling that one gets when in love and being loved. The single, which was released on May 10, was recently included on Seani B and Jazzwad's 'Download or Delete' show on Twitch and has gained thousands of streams.

"The single's doing great so far, and I'm loving all the genuine support it has been receiving. I look forward to it connecting with more listeners around the world in the coming weeks,'' said Padrino. A lyric video soon followed the song's release and was featured on YouTube, and plans are currently in motion for an official music video. Padrino plans to keep himself occupied for the rest of 2021 with new music. So far, he has secured voicing on productions for ZJ Chrome, and is finalising collaborations with rising artiste Davianah, and reggae/dancehall artiste Bugle.

Padrino, given name Rory Bowe, grew up on the sounds of R&B, reggae, dancehall, hip-hop, and pop, and has listened to everyone, from Bob Marley to 4 Non-Blondes. As a producer and songwriter, he has worked with the likes of Popcaan, Rocko, Fat Joe, Elephant Man, and Christopher Martin. His previous releases include All For You and Brighter Days, a collaboration with Monty G.
