International dancehall artiste and burgeoning producer Delomar has officially released his newest juggling, the 'Beggie Beggie' rhythm, under his label Reckit Ralf Music.

This seven-track project features an all-star blend of legendary and emerging talent, including Anthony B, Turbulence, Richie Stephens & Yung Ras, Wilful Skilful, M-Gee, and Delomar. What started as a single titled Taps & Roses, inspired by the trend of online begging on TikTok, quickly evolved into a full rhythm as fellow artistes heard the track and requested to be involved.

"The message for the track was simple--work smart, work hard. Begging is not a career," said Delomar. The rhythm's name, Beggie Beggie, is a nod to an old Jamaican slang term often used by elders to describe dependency or lack of ambition.

"I wanted to reintroduce the phrase to the younger generation--but do it through music, in a way that still entertains," Delomar explained. Though the instrumental reflects modern trap-dancehall aesthetics, Delomar intentionally recruited iconic voices rarely heard on this kind of production. The result is a sonic experiment rooted in both nostalgia and evolution.

"I didn't want the riddim to stand out in sound--I wanted it to blend in, but with artistes who make you stop and listen," he said. Delomar contributes another track-- Swear--and said that while he has personal favourites, he believes it's up to the fans to decide what hits.

"Music is spiritual," he said. "It resonates differently with everyone." With visuals in production and a strategic promotion phase in motion, the Beggie Beggie rhythm is poised to make noise across the dancehall circuit.

"This riddim isn't just about music--it's about legacy," Delomar said. "It's time to give my label Reckit Ralf Music, the same recognition as the people who work behind it."

Beggie Beggie marks Delomar's second foray into rhythm juggling, following his 2020 debut with the 'Pink' rhythm. This all-female compilation featured prominent artistes such as D'Angel, Macka Diamond, Pamputtae, Lisa Hyper, Yanique 'Curvy' Diva, and Tall Up. The project aimed to spotlight female talent in dancehall, promoting unity and diversity among women in the genre. Delomar continues to emphasise the importance of selecting the right mix of artistes to ensure the songs resonate with audiences.

"Yuh haffi sing songs weh resonate with people cause the industry will turn their back on you but the people dem nah go do that," he said The Pink rhythm not only showcased Delomar's production capabilities, but also set the stage for his continued efforts to blend fun and meaningful messages with engaging music.
