"Him buy pon a regular man because him kill dem and sell dem. So, him get a call fi meet some man weh a sell goats and him never return home," a resident said.
The residents believe that he was robbed and killed, however they not sure who would want to harm him.
The deceased has been identified as 51-year-old Leroy Hitchman of Havana Heights in the parish.
Reports are that Hitchman was found by residents last Wednesday at about 2 p.m. slumped over the steering wheel of his car.
It was discovered that he had gunshot wounds to the chest.
