Road work to affect Camp Road
Starting today, the National Works Agency (NWA) will begin applying the final layer of asphalt to the reconstructed section of Camp Road, St Andrew between Tom Redcam Drive and the Gun Court.
The work is expected to be completed by Thursday.

NSWMA finalising disposal regulations
The National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) said it is in the process of finalising three seminal pieces of secondary legislation to guide the manner in which certain waste are disposed.
The proposed regulations deal with disposal at solid waste facilities; disposal of hazardous waste such as electrical equipment; and public cleansing.
The NSWMA said the Public Cleansing Regulations aim to prohibit the wanton discarding of solid waste from public and private transportation, littering, and prohibiting the deposit of solid waste and noxious substances in watercourses.
The framework also proposes the establishment of a licensing regime for the operation of solid waste facilities.
