64 new COVID-19 cases, no additional death recorded

Jamaica on Sunday recorded 64 additional cases of COVID-19, with ages ranging from 4o 81 years, increasing the tally to 11,184.

Of those cases, 3,621 are active.

There was no new fatality, keeping the death tally at 265.

Of the new confirmed cases, 27 are males, 37 are females and one case is under investigation.

In the meantime, there were 148 more recoveries, increasing the total to 7,146.

Some 80 persons are in hospital with 22 being moderately ill and nine critically ill.
