Man shot in his yard in Trench Town, police on the hunt

The Western Kingston police are searching for the assailant who shot and injured an man in his yard in Trench Town, St Andrew this morning.

Reports are that about 4:10, the 31-year-old victim was inside his yard when he was pounced upon by the assailant who shot him and escaped.

The injured man was assisted to the Kingston Public Hospital where he was admitted for treatment.

Detectives assigned to the Denham Town Criminal Investigation Branch are probing the incident.
