The accused has been identified as Giovannie "Mother Love" Skeen, a clothes vendor of Marlborough district in Balaclava.

The video caught the attention of law enforcement, and on Wednesday, officers launched a targeted operation in Balaclava. Skeen was tracked down and taken into custody without incident.
He has since been charged with using audiovisual communication to promote violence, a serious offence under Jamaican law.
