Clarendon woman charged for wounding man during dispute
A Clarendon woman has been charged for allegedly injuring a man during a dispute on Main Street in May Pen.
She is 32-year-old pump attendant Latoya Garwood of Threadlight district.
Reports from the May Pen Criminal Investigation Branch are that about 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 18, Garwood and a man were involved in an argument, during which she hit the man on his right arm, causing a wound that bled.
A report was made to the police and an investigation ensued.
Garwood was later pointed out by the man and she was subsequently arrested and charged based on the complainant's statement.
A court date for her is being finalised.
