Quinoa with Sweet Corn and Black Beans
*90g Quinoa
*240ml Coconut Milk
*15g Black Beans
*15g Sweet Corn
*5g Iodized Salt
*3g White Pepper
*10ml Flavoured Oil (Rosemary & Pimento)
Instructions:
1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
2. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil and add quinoa.
3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until quinoa is tender.
4. Stir in black beans, sweet corn, salt, white pepper, and flavoured oil.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
Snow Peas with Sesame Seeds
Ingredients:
*100g Snow Peas
*5g Sesame Seeds
*2g Sea Salt
*10ml Flavoured Oil (Rosemary & Pimento)
METHOD
1. Heat flavoured oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add snow peas and saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds, then toss well.
4. Cook for an additional minute and serve warm.
