Ready to get married again

December 20, 2021

Dear Pastor,

I live in America but I am a proud Jamaican. Nowhere is as nice to me as Jamaica. I have four children; two with an American woman and two with a Jamaican woman.

I was married to an American woman but she was too controlling and very lazy. So we had a divorce. Before we got divorced, I got involved with a Jamaican woman and my wife used that against me. She said nasty things about Jamaican men, but it was because of her attitude why I got involved with this Jamaican woman.

I have no regrets. All my children are doing well. The last two are in college. I would like to get married again but my Jamaican woman is not in a hurry to do so. We are happy together. Both of us are about the same age. We have bought a house together. My American wife and I did not own anywhere together. She spent all my money on false hair and fast-food and she was always accusing me of things that I did not know about.

Pastor, I am 60. I listen to your show every night. You are doing a good job. Whenever we are ready to get married, we would like to do it in Jamaica and we would love for you to officiate.

Dear E.H.,

As you know, the only thing that should separate a married couple is death, but there are times when it becomes necessary for a couple to divorce. As I have said many times, divorce is a necessary evil. I hope that the relationship that you are involved in will last until death. If I can be of help, please let me know whenever you are ready to take the plunge for the second time.
