A seat swap on a plane led to the start of an unlikely romance.

Actress Rosey Blair and her boyfriend Houston Hardaway were flying home to Dallas together, and they asked a woman if she wouldn't mind switching seats so they could sit next to each other.

The unnamed woman ended up sitting next to a hunky guy and they were soon flirting.

Rosey tweeted the whole thing, writing: "Last night on a flight home, my boyfriend and I asked a woman to switch seats with me so we could sit together.

"We made a joke that maybe her new seat partner would be the love of her life and well, now I present you with this thread."

After detailing how their flirting developed, she posted a snap of the single duo leaving the airport together.

A new study suggests a nut-rich diet helps produce more sperm.

Scientists have claimed that healthy males aged between 18 to 35, who have an intake of 60 grammes or more of a mixture of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, are more likely to harvest stronger semen.

The research presented by Dr Albert Salas-Huetos from the Human Nutrition Unit of the Rovira i Virgili University in Spain, was based on a trial which examined the changes in sperm over a 98-day period.

Sky News reports that the researchers' results "support a beneficial role for chronic nut consumption in sperm quality".

The research was carried out after a slump in the quality and production of sperm in western countries.

However, Salas-Huetos said it's impossible for him to be able to recommend nut supplements to men struggling to have children, "based solely on the results of this study".

He concluded: "But evidence is accumulating in the literature that healthy lifestyle changes such as following a healthy dietary pattern might help conception and of course, nuts are a key component of a Mediterranean healthy diet."
