A man has sued Dunkin' Donuts because he was given a substitute to real butter.
According to The Boston Globe, Jan Polanik has filed a lawsuit against two owners of American sweet fast food chain because they didn't give him the real deal inside his bagel, and he has reportedly won the settlement.
Mr Polanik's legal representative, Thomas Shapiro, said that they realise it is "a minor thing," but wanted pursue the claim "to stop the practice of representing one thing and selling a different thing."
The stores have now reportedly changed their fake butter for the real stuff.
Crayola have got rid of their Dandelion coloured crayons.
The popular brand has ditched their yellow shade in favour of a new one.
"Our beloved Dandelion decided to announce his retirement early! There's no taming an adventurous spirit!"
It has not gone down well with crayon fanatics.

A man was left dangling mid-air after he was taped to a road sign after losing a bet.
Drivers in northeast Houston had to do a double take on Wednesday (29.03.17) when they spotted a man, named locally as Miguel Chavez, duct-taped to a yield sign after he lost a bet on the Rockets/Warriors game, according to 9News.
Someone called the police and they arrived in time to see a man with a knife approach the man.
One officer yelled: "Drop the knife or I'll Tase you."
But the man was there to cut his friend down from the sign.
Police helped get Chavez down and even gave him a lift home.
