Former trainer says Madonna is too demanding
Madonna's former trainer claims the star was too "demanding".
Tracy Anderson, who worked with the Like A Virgin hitmaker between 2006 and 2009, famously fell out with the singer, and Tracy has now revealed that the pair parted company after the fitness expert missed one of her kids' concerts because Madonna insisted on a training session.
Tracy told The Times newspaper: "Madonna can demand whatever she wants to demand. She's Madonna. That's just what it is. It wasn't working for me because my demands are, like, I have a kid. When I missed my son's saxophone concert because of a training session with her, I was like, 'I can't do this anymore.' That was it for me."
Madonna had previously gushed about working with Tracy, who also cites Gwyneth Paltrow as a fan and now a business partner.
Speaking in 2009, Madonna said: "Tracy Anderson is my saviour. After two Caesareans, three hernia operations and one riding accident that left me with 10 broken bones, she was the only one who could pull my body back together into one piece."
When they worked together, they used to train together six days a week.
Halle Berry takes break from dating
Halle Berry is "taking a little break" from dating. The 50-year-old actress, who has nine-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, and son Maceo, three, with her former spouse, Olivier Martinez is enjoying some time with her kids and learning a lot about herself so has no interest in looking for love again at the moment.
She said: "I've been enjoying that. I'm just with my kids, and I'm really taking time to think and reflect, and trying to figure out how to make different choices and just have a minute to be with myself.
"I think this is proving to be a really valuable time. I never really took time like this to be with myself."
Halle - who was previously married to Eric Benet from 2001 to 2005 and David Justice from 1992 to 1997 - admitted she was "afraid" of splitting from Olivier in October 2015 after two years of marriage, but she has now learnt it is better to be alone than in an unhappy relationship.
Asked what she's learnt about being alone, the 'Kidnap' actress told People magazine's 'The Jess Cagle Interview': "That I can be alone. And that's been a big lesson for me. I'm learning that I'm fearless, because I had so many fears as I went through my third divorce. I was afraid to do that. But I was more afraid living unhappy, so I faced that fear."
Adele visits learning centre
Adele visited a learning centre for youngsters from disadvantaged backgrounds last weekend.
The 29-year-old singer left fans delighted recently when she popped over to IntoUniversity in Kensington, west London - which helps locals try to attain a university place or achieve their aspiration. One supporter, whose name on Twitter is Padrinio Blaque, couldn't quite believe he got to meet her.
He tweeted: "WOW... ASDFGHJKL I'm still trying to process the fact that I met... ADELE?! THE @Adele while volunteering for carnival 2K17 (sic)"
Padrinio also shared a seven-second video clip of the pair on his Twitter account, in which he says: "Bombshell! Adele has just signed my hat."
The pair then chuckled before she says: "You can't really see it."
Adele's voice appears to have improved since she was forced to cancel her final concerts at London's Wembley Stadium last month due to damaged vocal cords, and she also had to use "made up sign language" at an open day for her son's potential new prep school two weeks ago.
