Philadelphia police say they've arrested a naked man who tried to grab a teenage girl near a school, then shouted "I'm a pedophile" and "kill me."
Police have yet to release the identity of the man or the charges being filed against him in the bizarre incident Tuesday afternoon near the Science Leadership Academy at Beeber.
Police tell WCAU-TV the man, in his 30s, tried to lure the 14-year-old girl.
A witness tells the station that two bystanders and a security guard intervened and captured the man until police arrived.
A student who moved out of London to go to university has had a rude awakening - quite literally - when he was tortured by the local wildlife.
According to mirror.co.uk, the young man, known as Leon on his social media accounts, posted a series of videos recorded on Snapchat in which he becomes increasingly infuriated by the actions of a swan at his uni in Lancaster.
He wrote: "Come to a uni outside of London they said, swans waking me up to get breakfast smh [shaking my head]"
Predictably, the clip begins with a swan pecking at the window.
He starts shouting at the swan: "I'm not gassin fam, what is wrong with you? Bruv, bruv! Bruv, man's tryin' to sleep and you're just bitin' man's window, cuz. There's no food, fam."
Getting increasingly frustrated, he even threatens: "That's it, I'm comin' outside I'm gonna f*** you up."
John Edmunds, owner of the Stardust Ranch in Rainbow Valley in Arizona, which is worth $5 million, is fed up with encounters with extraterrestrials and is now being forced to sell up.
Express.co.uk reports that Edmunds, along with his wife Joyce, says that the couple has been harassed by aliens and has been forced to kill 19 of them with a samurai sword since they moved in in 1995.
Not only have the pair been visited by aliens, but they also claim to have been abducted on several occasions.
Edmunds told KPNX: "Almost immediately from the day we moved in, we began to have strange experiences.
"They actually levitated Joyce out of the bed in the master chamber and carried her into the parking lot and tried to draw her up into the craft."
Edmunds also posted a photo to his Facebook page of a scar on his leg which was the outcome of a fight with the supposed aliens.
Along with the photo, he wrote: "Wounds from recent attack here at Stardust Ranch upper right calf from battle with malevolent ET.
"This is why I want to move!"
A man in the German town of Bretten reported finding an unexploded bomb from World War II in his home garden, but his neighbours can rest easy unless they especially hate vegetables.
According to huffingtonpost.com, the 81-year-old homeowner had contacted officers Friday out of concern he had stumbled upon a decades-old dangerous weapon. It turned out to be a zucchini.
Police from Karlsruhe, a city near Bretten, posted about the incident on Facebook, including a photo of the zucchini in question. Honestly, we can kind of see how the mix-up occurred.
