Miniature land gets new prince

Legoland Windsor have added a new royal addition to their miniature land.

The popular park in Berkshire has added the new royal prince whose name is still currently unannounced to their miniature scene of London's Buckingham Palace alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George and Princess Charlotte to celebrate the new birth.

The picture-perfect scene shows the Duchess cradling the newborn close to her chest alongside the rest of her family made out of the tiny colourful bricks.

Legoland's miniature land is home to some of the world's most famous landmarks and cities made out of millions of bricks.

Mosquito measure 11 inches

A mosquito measuring 11 inches has been found in China.

The bug was found in August 2017 during a field trip to Mount Qingcheng in Chengdu, and although it technically classifies as a crane fly as it feeds on nectar rather than blood, scientists insist the bug remains the biggest of the insect family.

It belongs to the Holorusia mikado species and they usually have a wing span of eight centimetres.

The terrifying specimen has gone on display at the Insect Museum of West China in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, for people to visit.

Cry closet created for stressed out students

An American university has created a 'cry closet' for stressed-out students.

Nemo Miller, a student and visual artist University of Utah in the United States, has created the person-sized box in their campus library dubbed the 'box of tears' where students can spend time in when they feel the pressure of university gets too much.

After images of the box went viral on Twitter and people accused the students for being too "fragile", Nemo defended his decision to create the box by saying it promotes a "safe place for stressed-out students".

There are ground rules for anyone who wants to visit and only one person is allowed in at a time. In addition, everyone has to knock before entering and students are encouraged to talk about their experience using the hashtag #cryclosetuofu.

Man's penis cut off after leaking sex tape

A woman cut off her boyfriend's penis after he leaked their sex tape. Brenda Barattini, 26, reportedly committed the attack on her partner after becoming enraged at his actions in Argentina last November, which left the 40-year-old with 90 per cent of his penis hacked off in the gruesome attack.

But she is adamant she didn't "completely injure him".

According to a translation of her jail interview, she said: "I cut his penis but not completely. I injured him. It wasn't complete: I injured him."

The man was reportedly left depressed, according to his attorney, and after hospital employees were unable to reattach his penis, he is awaiting future operations.

Brenda is currently serving imprisonment without bail ahead of her trial.
