Prince Levy shoots two videos
Dancehall-reggae artiste Prince Levy has amped up the promotion of his new singles, shooting two videos in the last week, sending a clear message that he is ready to take his spot in the dancehall game.
"The video shoots went very well. We shot Real Good in Portland at a spot called Canopy, close to Blue Lagoon, and we shot All Night Long in Kingston, using five girls," an excited Prince Levy said.
Marshal Artz video production crew handled the shoots.
Levy, based in California, has carved out a reputation stateside for his ability to create an eclectic fusion of dancehall, reggae and R&B. The artiste's ice cube-clear sound is evident on breakout tracks such as All Night Long and Real Good, which have been bombing FM radio into submission in recent weeks.
"My fan base is really growing, I have been getting a lot of tweets and reposts on Instagram and Twitter from these songs, and the feedback has been incredible," he said.
"This promotional trip to Jamaica has been very successful for me. I was able to do an interview during The Buzz on IRIE FM, where I got to freestyle alongside Sean Kingston, and we exchanged numbers, and I will link him when I get back to California.
Prince Levy will be releasing an EP featuring these singles, and showcasing his new sound with a launch party in California in the spring of 2016. Other songs to look out for include Wine and Blow Mi Mind and Lay Your Body Next to Me.
