Guidance for EDM Festival - To release debut album

Recognised reggae artiste Guidance is gearing up to deliver a memorable performance at Paradise Lost, Jamaica and the Caribbean's first ever EDM festival.

The Love What You Got singer, who is also working on his debut album, is quite excited at being added to the line-up of the inaugural three-day event, being touted as one of the biggest music festivals to hit Jamaica. Paradise Lost, to be held March 10-12 at Grizzly's Plantation Cove, Ocho Rios, has attracted big names in EDM including Bassnectar and Tiesto, along with dub legend King Jammy, Zion I, AlunaGeorge, Felix Jaehn, and Big Gigantic.

An enthusiastic Guidance said: "It's definitely an honour to be a part of this historic event. It really doesn't get any better than this, and I am seizing this moment to connect with a whole new set of music lovers and, of course, to learn as much as I can from the legends, so that one day I can fill their shoes".

The singer, whose latest song, Girlfriend Yard, has received much love on radio and in the clubs, pointed out that an accompanying music video has already been released, and his team is looking to put out a

follow-up track, (People Have) Problems Everyday, also from the upcoming album.The 14-track album is being produced by Phree Music Records, the same outfit to which the artiste is signed.

So far, there is one collaboration, a song entitled Planning Again with reggae songstress Etana, but Guidance will be seeking collabs with other artistes including Bounty Killer and Anthony B.
