Tasha releases Beautiful World
International recording artiste Tasha T recently released a new single, 'Beautiful World'.
The vivacious Rastafarian singjay, who won multiple awards in Canada last year with her album, Real Talk. She described her latest release as a roots-reggae record that is reminiscent of old-school reggae style.
"This song has a different vibe, the live instrumentation of the rhythm gives it that original Roots Reggae sound. It's a song that is easy to relate to because it has a very inspirational message. Wouldn't it be nice if we're all living in a beautiful world, free from sorrows and pain, a place where we could all live in love and unity, regardless of race, colour or creed?," she asked.
The song was produced by respected music-publicist Ralston Barrett on the 'Village Jam' rhythm and released on his Reggae Nation Music imprint in January. It is currently enjoying heavy rotation in a number of countries including Jamaica, Canada and the US.
"The response to Beautiful World has been very positive, it's getting a lot of support from deejays all over the world," said Tash T.
The 'Village Jam' rhythm also features songs from other artistes including Nesbeth, Ginjah, Venjahnce, Tony Anthony, Biggaton, Kashu, and Jericho.
The rhythm was created by the Fire House Crew Band for Reggae Nation Music. All the songs on the project were mixed and mastered by top-flight studio engineer Delroy 'Fatta' Pottinger at Anchor Studios.
The Village Jam rhythm compilation is available on iTunes and other leading Internet music stores.
