Dandexx feeling Confident!
Reggae recording artiste Dandexx is confident that his latest single, titled 'Confident', will help him break barriers on the Jamaican music scene.
The single, produced by Wayne Brown on the Night and Day rhythm, speaks about having confidence in Jah. He said: "In society today, we are all faced with different trials and tribulations. This song reminds us that we should have faith and be confident in Jah."
The artiste has been receiving positive feedback on the single and has received air play from several leading radio stations. He added: "I have presented my music to a lot of deejays, and even media personalities, and they have shared their thoughts on the message in the song. They, too, believe in spreading positivity as this is what Jamaica needs now".
Dandexx, born Kirk Brown, is based in Los Angeles, California, but was born in Kingston. He started doing music in 1993 but did not get his break until in 2011, when he released I Know You Not on the Human Rights imprint, and Fill My Cup, which was produced by his brother Wayne Brown on his Di Next Generation Production WC Label.
Dandexx was awarded Best Reggae Album by The Akademia Awards, held in Los Angeles, California, which is dedicated to recognising excellence in music worldwide and supporting musicians interested in receiving a higher degree of market exposure and professional recognition.
Dandexx is now on the promotional trial and believes his work is just beginning. With three albums under his belt, he is now eager to let the world hear more of what he has to offer. He can be followed on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter @DandexxMusic and www.dandexxmusic.com
