Record producer Jarad 'Poppy' Grant of Ubeatz Records is gearing up to release two new rhythms under the production house. The rhythms are titled H5 and MileStone, and feature top-flight recording artistes as well as fresh talent.

Poppy told THE STAR that he had been working assiduously to promote both projects. He also revealed that Ubeatz Records was working on a new sound called Trap Dancehall.

"They are both special and they are no where similar to any other beats out there. The H5 beat is a one drop with a difference. It's both cool and relaxing but at the same time with a lil tempo to it. On the other hand, the Milestone beat is dancehall with a hard-core feeling to it. The instruments we used give it an adrenaline-pumping feeling," he said.

The producer said that he is looking forward to receiving the support of dancehall and reggae lovers.

"We try make music for everyone. We don't stick to one genre of music. We do trap dancehall, dance, and reggae music. The previous rhythm was a culture rhythm. This one is more of a hard-core dancehall project. The next one will be a trap dancehall rhythm. So we try to keep it universal because our goal in the music industry is to take dancehall to another level both locally and internationally. We are young, so we have a lot to learn, but we are always up for learning new and creative ways of doing things," Poppy said.

The H5 rhythm features Beenie Man with My Life, Ambitious Schemaz with Oh Mama, Ico Don with a record titled Hungry Youths, Tracy Moet with Daddy Gone, and Dada with Blessed to be Stressed.

The MileStone rhythm features tough-talking deejay Masicka with One Don, Ambitious Schemaz with Tell Dem, and Dada with Money Fi a Run.

The songs can be purchased on iTunes, CD Baby, and Amazon, among others. The projects were also uploaded on YouTube and Facebook.
