JA Productions recording artiste Kurry Stain, will release of a video for his popular single, Too Blessed, on the Zen rhythm for UIM Records, this week.
"Right now, mi a get a lot of support in the streets with this song from Boom Boom, DJ Kit, Supa Hype, Harry Hype, Hard fi Deal Wid, and pon the radio, Bruce Lee ah play it, ZJ Dymond ah thump it, SunCity a gimme support, FAME a play it, Hitz a play it as well," Kurry Stain said.
Production work on a video to amp up promotion on the project is already far advanced, and the video will be released next week.
"The concept for the video is sick because it is set in a church and the song is portrayed as a black Revivalist song with white doves and black suit. This is the second thing like the Ninjaman-Shaggy video from years ago," he said.
Kurry Stain believes that Too Blessed has captured the imagination of the public because of its message of hope and growth, despite economic struggles.
"You have to acknowledge the blessings, as a people, we go through a lot of challenges in life, but this song seeks to inspire and uplift those who are a little down on their luck," he said.
Earlier this year, Kurry Stain generated a lot of buzz with Bad Mind Inna Dem on the War Bus rhythm. The song, aimed at former label mate, Blak Ryno, generated more than 20,000 views on YouTube on various channels.
Last year, Kurry Stain scored his first bonafide hit with Sky Pree on the Life Support rhythm for JA Productions. The song was a regular fixture on the FIWI Choice Top 10 charts for eight weeks, peaking at number 3.
