Lee Dann reps with Yeng Yeng
Fast-rising St Ann-based artiste Lee Dann believes he has found a bona fide hit with the catchy single 'Yeng Yeng'.
The song, released earlier this week on the Canada-based Bobby Wagon Entertainment label, is a hard-core dancehall track for the ladies.
"Yeng Yeng is a popular bike in Jamaica and the ladies love it, so I dedicate this song to the ladies," Lee Dann said.
The artiste, born Dennis Anthony Cunningham, is also promoting another single, a realty track titled Far Mi A Come From.
"This song is based on my life story with my family. It was released this week under a Jamaican label called J Blaze Productions," he said.
"I am also promoting a couple new singles, including Fight For You, Dream, and Slow Wine for Family of Stars Records; and Love Won't Change for Bobby Wagon Entertainment in Canada.
"I also have a couple more singles to release under the Bobby Wagon music label as they are interested in working with me."
Lee Dann grew up listening to music and singing in Church. There, he developed a passion and love for music.
"By listening to music, I was able to overcome my challenges in life, and I used music to stay focused. I would listen to artistes such as Bob Marley, Sizzla, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, and many others," he revealed.
He said that although he loved music, it wasn't until he was working at a resort in St Ann that he decided to make music a career.
