Of the 18 songs featured on Konsequence Muzik's 'Life to Live' rhythm, nine feature up-and-coming dancehall and reggae acts.

Featured are 3-Star with Secret Fight; Bryka with I'll be that Man; G-Loc with Suffer; Hyah Slyce with System Get Way; Jedani with Find a Way; Quick Cook with View My Life; Starface with Focus; Tuff Krakaz with Satisfy and Ice Cold with Life to Live.

Spokesperson for Konsequence Muzik, Keona Williams, said the label decided to feature a number of up-and-coming acts to give them exposure.

"We wanted to give young artistes exposure because, if you notice with other producers, it's the same big-name artistes on every 'riddim'," said Williams.

She said the feedback from the general public has been overwhelming as it relates to the songs from the newer artistes.

"The feedback has been good because it's a lot of fresh, new talent with creative ideas. Bryka's song, Quick Cook and Starface are among those getting great response, especially from radio," Williams noted.

Other songs featured on the Life to Live rhythm are Do the Maths by Juno Award-winning Exco Levi; I've Experienced it by Gyptian; Stack Pile by I Octane; Something New by Jahvinci; Reason to Love by Jahmiel; Turn to Jah by Khago; Lay on Your Body by Lady Saw; Let's Talk About it by Singer J and Everybody's Fool by Twin of Twins.
