Anthony Malvo making waves
After years of relentless hard work in the music business, Anthony Malvo is reaping the fruits of his labour.
The reggae singer who began his career in the late 1980s has maintained a strong presence on the international music scene by consistently recording and releasing new material.
"After so many years in the music business, it's nice to know that my career is still going strong. I've been living in the United States for several years now, and I am doing very well. Most of the time when a reggae or dancehall artiste moves to live in a foreign country they eventually fall off the radar. Not me, I keep my career going by putting out new music and touring," said Malvo.
Anthony Malvo is promoting some new singles, including So High, Nice to Know You featuring Delly Ranx, Gi Mi Ganja, Giggle Pon This featuring Delly Ranx, and I've Been Waiting for You.
He is also pushing the digital release of the Ballistic Affair various artistes album that was produced by him and released on his Real Music Production label in 2002.
The new version of the album that was recently released on iTunes features songs from several top dancehall and reggae acts, including Anthony Malvo, Buju Banton, Capleton, Sizzla, Bounty Killer, Leroy Smart, Wayne Wonder, Delly Ranx, Shinehead, Ward 21, Cobra, Anthony B, and Warrior King.
Anthony Malvo is scheduled to kick off his North American tour in Atlanta, Georgia, with an appearance on the One Love Reggae Concert on Father's Day at the Riverdale Amphitheatre.
"I'm looking forward to my upcoming tour. I'm already booked to do several shows across the US and Canada, and more bookings are coming," he said.
