Flow movie night excites MoBay
Continuing a series of 'pop up' activations in communities across the island, geared at promoting its newest TV product, Horizon from FLOW, representatives from the telecommunications firm visited the Second City, Montego Bay, recently.
The company chose the buzzing community of Rhyne Park, St James, to execute the movie night experience, which was met with delight by the young and young at heart in the community.
Complete with a Kiddies Village, snacks, and a massive LED screen, FLOW presented a viewing of the comedy movie Ride Along 2, followed by prizes for patrons provided by FLOW and HBO network.
Carlo Redwood, vice-president, marketing and TV, said the effort has been receiving rave reviews in the areas visited so far.
"The entire activity is geared at educating the public about the amazing features available with Horizon from FLOW like rewinding and recording your favourite shows, as well as the convenience of features like our advanced video-on-demand options.
"Since we launched, we have found that several persons are both curious and eager to get on to our new platform but also want to get a deeper understanding about the functionalities of it.
"These events provide training and familiarisation for them, as well as the opportunity for them to sign up," he shared.
