Nuffy to host radio programme
Veteran MC, Nuffy, has officially joined Bess FM, adding radio personality to his list of accomplishments.
The MC told THE STAR his new role will see him competing with some of radio's top guns.
"I am still going to be in the MC world. I came seeing Richie B, Tommy Cowan, Barry G, GT Taylor, Big A, Sample Man and all those people as MC, but I feel like it is time for me to embark on bigger and better things and this market needs me," he said.
Nuffy, who also acts as a ghost writer, artiste, promoter and artiste manager, believes he will make a lasting impression in the media landscape.
"I know I am the right man for the job. Mi got vibes, flex, style and dream. Mi have everything inna mi. I believe in myself and radio needs something new.
"I will be going up against the big, bad Ron Muschette, Jenny Jenny, Nikki Z, Johnny Daley and Lady Renae, but mi a guh tun up the morning, man," he said.
The show will be called Bess Morning Connection and the first episode will be aired July 25, 6 to 10 a.m. Nuffy will also share hosting duties with Dion Silvera, and at times Toni-Ann Latty.
"People just tune in July 25 because this one is going to tun up. Mi a guh tun up wid mi people dem.
"It's all about sharing the morning and, mi a tell some people, watch out because I will be doing this and mi want a piece a di morning," Nuffy said.
