Vershon has new songs for Sumfest
Dancehall artiste Vershon is one of the most eagerly anticipated acts to grace the Reggae Sumfest stage on Friday's Dancehall Night.
The artiste, started his career in 2014 with the release of Boom. He has promised a brilliant onstage set.
"The rehearsals went really well, so mi ah go surprise the fans with a great performance that people will talk about for days after," a confident Vershon said.
The artiste is known for hit songs such as Ruff Up Di World and Inna Real Life, as well as Used To Hungry.
He also said he has new songs to unleash at the 'Greatest Reggae Show on Earth'.
"People like to hear new stuff," he said, adding that he is planning to drop his latest releases into the mix.
Two such songs include Mercy A God, produced by Lee Miller, and Seven Days, produced by Ainsley 'Notnice' Morris on the 'Ovadweet' rhythm.
The deejay heads to Costa Rica for a performance on July 30 immediately after Reggae Sumfest.
