Zyon I gets attention with 'Take Me'
Fast-rising reggae singer Zyon I is looking forward to a successful career in the music business.
The budding entertainer is enjoying much attention with a single titled Take Me.
The song was produced by New York-based producer Daniel Laporte, who is known for working with many international acts, including Mary J Blige, Neo, and The Fugees.
Take Me was released in May. Since then, it has enjoyed steady rotation on several local radio stations, including IRIE FM.
"I'm very happy with the response that my single has received. It feels good to know that people are willing to embrace positive music. I believe that positive music can help to heal the world, and I have a lot more to offer. This song is just a little taste of what I have in store for the people," said Zyon I.
Zyon I also released a video for Take Me in May. The video was filmed in California under the direction of Albert Benichou and Angela Harwell and edited at Denoise Studios.
"The video is doing well. The YouTube hits are increasing daily. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback from people about it."
Take Me is available on iTunes and all other popular online music stores. The talented singer-songwriter, christened Damion Getfield, was born and raised in Manchester. He launched his music career in 2011 with the release of a single titled These Streets on the 876 Records imprint.
