A video released a few weeks ago has got up to 58,000 views already on YouTube.

"The feedback has been great so far. Whenever the song plays on the radio, my phone blows up like wow. Special big up Digital Chris and DJ Wayne for the strength on the radio, and the song a get some play on HITZ and ZIP. The video is also in rotation on major cable stations. The other day it was featured on FIWI Choice, so is a great look," Damell said.

The single is available online and is being distributed by Zojak Worldwide.

Damell, real name Damell Williams, started singing at a tender age while going to church and distinguished himself as a member of the Sunday School choir. As a teenager, he attended Ocho Rios High School. Practising daily, he gained a passion for music and decided to make it his official career once he left high school and migrated to St Kitts.

In 2013, Damell got a big break when his single, Whine Yuh Waist, was featured on the Hot Pursuit rhythm, which was produced by Carlington 'Out A Road' Wilmot.
