Ruffian goes missing
Veteran dancehall entertainer Ruffian has not been seen or heard from since Saturday, September 3.
The artiste, whose given name is Sharon Peterkin, was last seen at her home in 5 West, Greater Portmore, St Catherine.
The 47-year-old entertainer is known for songs such as Save The Juvenile, Nuh Wuk Nuh Deh, and Careless Driving.
Ruffian is of dark complexion, medium build, and is about 173 centimeters (5 feet 8 inches) tall, and has the name 'Damone' tattooed to her right arm.
THE STAR gathered that the entertainer was last seen dressed in a pink blouse and blue tights.
According to police statistics, approximately 17,000 persons have gone missing since January 1, 2010 in Jamaica.
