Dancehall artiste Konshens recently wrapped up a six-week tour of Europe that saw him sharing stage with rappers Fetty Wap, Joey Bad A$$ and R&B singer Kehlani.

According to Konshens, the highly successful tour allowed him to expand his fanbase. His Instagram, Twitter and Facebook followers have increased by 90,000 collectively.

The artiste also made a few international media stops and was featured in The Guardian. His popular single, Bruck Off Yuh Back, is one of the most played records in the Caribbean and has more than 20 million views on YouTube.

With the success of the explicit record, the entertainer is gearing up to release a mixtape with a controversial title. He told THE WEEKEND STAR that while he releases positive music periodically, he will not shy away from hardcore content.

"I don't shy away from X-rated content. That's a part of who I am, and I won't pretend otherwise. You have song fi pickney and song fi big people, this just happens to be the big-people ting. So steer your kids clear of this one, there is always other music out there for you. To my rebels, ah your own this," he said.

Konshens will also release videos for the remake of Beenie Man's single, Girls 0Dem Sugar and Tan up, which is an exclusive track co-produced by Rvssian.

"We just putting in the work on the road while we can, I've basically slowed down recording for now as I am about to settle into album mode in 2017," he said.
