Dancehall artiste Dkraze is determined to carve out a niche as a talented producer, artiste and songwriter.

If you think that is a tall order, then you only have to meet Dkraze to know that this young man will not allow anything to derail his dream.

He is generating a buzz with his latest rhythm project, 'Spain Guitar', which is racking up great airplay on Hitz, RJR and Bess FMs.

"The feedback has been really good so far, and it feels good to help other talented artistes get their music out as well. This project is doing well with VP Records," the producer/artiste, whose real name is Dadrean Green, said.

The project features Dkraze's own song, Badmind Overtime, plus contributions from his friends - Martin Sing's Hard to Find, Deviant's Fake Friends and Lajixx's My Mama. Born and raised in Mandeville, Dkraze attended Maggotty High where his love for music was sparked during jam sessions at school. Upon leaving, he decided to start his own record label, Gold Klass Records, and released his first project called 'In the Streets' with artistes from his crew, namely Lajixx, Deviant and Martin Sing.

Dkraze's other recent project, All Life Long, was released on September 2, with the tracks premiering on Hitz 92 and RJR.

"The songs are all distributed by VP Records worldwide, and there are plans to do our first video shoot next month," Dkraze said.
