JaFrass releases new single, gets ready for 'war'

November 12, 2016

Notnice Records-signed artiste JaFrass has released the music video for his single Party All Night, which is one of the songs on 'Ova Dweet' rhythm.

The music video was directed in Cherry Gardens, Kingston, and saw video directors Wikdedia and Notnice joining forces to bring about a creative concept of a house party theme that sees Popcaan making a cameo appearance.

According to JaFrass, who recently defended Popcaan in the highly publicised 'Unruly' and 'Gully' feud, the single has brought him into the homes of dancehall fans.

"Party All Night is my most successful track to date, so it was only right to give the fans visuals to accompany the track, so they can get familiar with my face and not just my voice," he said.

The song continues to enjoy great rotation, both on local and international radio stations, and the deejay promises to continue building his catalogue with pulsating music.

JaFrass recently released a single called New Thing Fi Badmind on YVP Records' new compilation titled 'Artistry'. He is also promoting other songs under the Notnice Records label such as Dancehall Cheerleader and Jump, the latter of which is featured on the Wicked Up compilation project.

As dancehall's war season approaches, JaFrass has already done collection of 'war' songs aimed at a number of dancehall artistes, including Alkaline and Jahmiel.

"People need to understand that Jafrass is multifaceted and can do anything and sing about every topic. So if it's girls, reality, partying or war, mi ready," he told THE STAR.
