Cherine feeds fans with new videos
Fresh off completing work on her latest video, 'Moola', internationally known reggae-soul recording artiste Cherine is already thinking about another music video she plans to release soon.
The singer, who is known for a variety of inspirational hits like Eagles and Doves, Rise Up Jamaica and Shine, as well as sultry and hard-core hits like Haffi Come Back and Coming over Tonight, is planning a music video for her recently released song, Rise Up.
The song is her remake of Andra Day's original, but done, as she puts it, "with a completely different reggae twist with Sly and Robbie".
The artiste, who is also enjoying success in real estate, said that this coming video, along with Moola and others in the pipeline, is about her taking care of her hard-core fans.
"I am feeding my tribe. I am taking care of my fan base, the hard-core people who follow me on Cherine TV online anywhere. So, I am creating music they want to hear," she said.
Cherine said she is doing music that speaks to her fans - from the single mother to the students in university trying to figure out their way.
"It's empowerment, but it's fun because we have to remember to live," she told THE STAR.
Meantime, she said her fans can look out for Moola, which she expects to drop sometime between Christmas and January 2017.
