Kyng looking to rule 2017
Upcoming dancehall artiste Kyng is eyeing a musical breakthrough with his debut single titled 'Better Days'.
The thought-provoking track, which was produced by the entertainer on his RAF. Productions label last month, is currently enjoying good rotation both locally and abroad.
"My recording career has gotten off to an excellent start; this is my first official single and it's getting a lot of love. I am grateful for all the support it has received," Kyng told THE WEEKEND STAR.
The multitalented singjay began his musical journey in 2006 as a producer.
Since then, he has ventured into other areas of the music business, including beat making and engineering.
"I've learnt a lot since I entered the music industry and I have garnered a lot of skills that will help me to build a successful career as recording artiste," he said.
Better Days is now available on all digital stores, including iTunes and Amazon.
In addition to the recently released single Kyng is currently working on several projects set to be released in 2017, a year in which he expects big things.
"I plan to go hard in 2017; I'm going to drop a lot of tunes throughout the year," he revealed.
Kyng, born Okeino Fenton, was raised in Hopewell, Hanover, where he developed a strong love for music while attending the Merlene Ottey High School.
He launched his music career shortly after leaving high school in 2006 with the release of the Well Hype rhythm.
