Recording artiste Singer J enjoyed a fruitful career in 2016 after getting a career boost with 'Can't Stop Me Now', which connected with fans in Jamaica and abroad.

Produced by Frenz For Real, the song spent many weeks on reggae charts in Jamaica, New York, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

"One of the best years of my career - 2016 was good. I must give thanks to the fans and the media for their support the radio disc jocks, the street selectors, and everybody who played a positive role in the enhancement of my career. Thanks to everyone," said Singer J.

The success of Can't Stop Me Now, a song that inspires hope and patriotism, saw Singer J performing across the island and in key diaspora markets in the United States.

Over the past festive season, Singer J performed at several events, including Galiday Bounce and Verhson's Birthday Celebration. He also ripped stage shows in Queens in New York, Bridgeport in Connecticut, Dallas in Texas, and Jacksonville in Florida.

The new year is off to a great start for Singer J as he is booked for shows in Israel, The Bahamas, Bermuda, and Guyana.

His newest releases include Hero; Have Life; and Runnin Board, featuring Bounty Killer and Suezan.

Singer J is also working on an EP with long-time label Frenz for Real, which is to be released soon. The music video for Put Jah First, produced by Mineral Boss Records, is to be released this week.
