Rad Dixon is ready to 'Make It Right'
Reggae singer Rad Dixon is ready to take his place in the spotlight. The talented Manchester native, who began his career in the mid-90s under the stage name Rated R, is confident that his latest single, 'Make It Right', will propel his career to new heights.
"All it takes is one big hit to make you a star, and I believe Make It Right is my ticket to stardom," Rad Dixon said.
The song, which was produced by Tasjay Productions, was released on January 5. Since then, it has enjoyed heavy rotation both locally and abroad.
"This song is getting a lot of support from DJs all over the world, and the fans love it too. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback about it on social media," he said.
Lots of hits
The music video for Make It Right was filmed in South Florida under the direction of Marlon Wright of Cyber Leaf Production.
"The video was released last week, and it's getting a lot of hits on YouTube. It has received over 10,000 hits already," he said.
Rad Dixon was born and raised in Dunsinane district, Manchester. He began his singing career in the mid-90s.
Recording for several top-rated reggae producers, including Bobby Digital and Delroy 'Fatta' Pottinger, he enjoyed minor success before migrating to live in Florida in 2007. Some of his earlier releases are Hard Task, Changes and Style.
Rad Dixon is currently working on new projects, including his debut album, which is slated to be released later this year.
